One day, it just clicked! I was researching like crazy, and SLOWLY I started to figure out these crazy curls I was born with. When I graduated high school I decided that with my new found love for curly hair, I was going to be the person EVERYONE could trust to come to for textured hair. I would make sure they left feeling EDUCATED and BEAUTIFUL. Luckily not only did my passion continue to grow for all textured hair, but for color as well. I began studying lived-in and fashion colors, and a whole new world opened for me! I am so happy to say my world is filled with curls and color! I not only love curly hair, but am well versed in straight hair too! I have taken many color and cutting courses geared towards my straight haired clients. Dry cutting all the detail work into a haircut is my JAM!
Needless to say, after 7 years in the beauty industry, my love for it has only grown. She Creates Hair is driven by integrity... not only the integrity of hair, but as a human being as well.

Growing up in Northern Colorado as a multicultural girl had some struggles, but my biggest struggle... my hair. When you’re young, trying to figure out how to grow up is hard enough. But add my textured hair to the picture, and my struggle was even worse. Especially since “Curly Hair Specialists,” weren't really a thing during that time. My confidence was at an all time low! I was seeing stylist after stylist and trying at home remedies, all while my mom made sure to always tell me how beautiful my hair was! She never failed to mention how so many people would “kill” for my hair type, and she never let me give up.
